Ryan’s practice focuses on business and estate planning, business acquisitions and sales, real estate, contracts, and litigation.

Ryan received his undergraduate degree from Mount Marty College in Yankton, South Dakota and his juris doctor degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law in Vermillion, South Dakota. Shortly after law school, Ryan and his wife relocated to Wyoming and have been here ever since.

Ryan is admitted to practice law in Wyoming and South Dakota and is admitted to all Wyoming state courts, all South Dakota state courts, and the United States District Courts for the Districts of Wyoming, and South Dakota.

When not in the office, Ryan can be found participating in various community events, enjoying a round of golf, or supporting his two daughters in their activities. He and his wife have called Gillette home since 2008 and enjoy the culture and community that make Gillette such a great place to live and work.
