Richard Horning (retired)
Now retired, Rick practiced law for over 50 years. Rick received his undergraduate degree in education from the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio and thereafter his juris doctor degree from C. Blake McDowell Law School of the University of Akron. His background includes a successful career as an educator, coach, and faculty member before becoming an attorney.
Rick was admitted to practice law in Wyoming and Ohio and was admitted in all Wyoming state courts, all Ohio state courts, and the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming.
